Update to the Update

I learned why it is quiet. The Rector announced a congé (a break) for a week to let things cool off. Classes will resume next Thursday, May 18, after Liberation Day. (Next Wednesday is a national holiday--Liberation Day--celebrating Laurent Kabila's arrival in Kinshasa and the overthrow of Mobutu.)
