Ordre de Mission Refund

Earlier this afternoon, I went to the Dean's Office to see the Vice-Dean (who was not there at the time) about an entirely different matter. After I left the office, the administrator came after me. He told me that I overpaid for the "Ordre de Mission." The correct price is 1200 fc, not 1400 fc. He apologized and someone else in the office gave me the 200 fc that I was owed.
